I would like to discuss a partnership with SHRM that would enable it to have the exclusive marketing rights to our re-launched Americans All program for the business community. A one-time employer investment of $24.50 per employee (with no minimum) will generate $2,400 in tax-free benefits and provide the employee and his/her family an option to inexpensively earn up to $52,000 in college tuition discounts, usable at approximately 400 schools—and growing. These tuition discount credits are transferable to all immediate and extended family members.
In addition, our program will enable an employee (or another family member) to record, share and archive his or her legacy story—one of their most valuable assets. It can also help employees’ children improve their writing skills and enable them to better understand their roots, embrace their identity and learn how to relate to others so they can help build stronger communities. This experience will also be an asset when they apply to college or interview to join the workforce.
