Everybody has a story to tell and storytelling brings families together.
Storytelling inspires people to preserve their legacy by sharing their achievements, experiences and lessons learned with current and future generations. It also imparts important information about family heritage and values. Together these stories contribute to the telling of our nation’s history and are a key element in a comprehensive social studies education. Students need inclusive social studies resources to help prepare them to participate in our nation’s democracy, economy and workforce.
Our 32-year-old nonprofit foundation supports both legacy preservation and social studies education. For a one-time, tax-deductible fee of only $49 ($24.50 using—or use of a 50 percent Legacy Partner discount Promo Code), people can join Americans All to create a legacy story and access our social studies materials. We invest more than half of our membership fees to support excellence in social studies instruction.
Because education is a lifelong pursuit, we give our members a free, 3-month trial subscription to our Social Legacy Network to get even more benefits. These include access to additional social studies resources, homework help, e-newsletters with money-saving tips, discounts on goods and services from our partners and participation in a college tuition discount program.
