Education organization means any organization within a state that is not organized for profit, the primary purpose of which is to educate and develop the capabilities of individuals through instruction by means of operating or contributing to the support of a school, academy, college, or university. It can create a group legacy story and publish it on our Web-based Heritage Honor Roll. The story can include text, photographs, movies and other audio and video media. It can also use its free membership to create an Americans All Legacy Partner home page(s)—in multiple languages, if desired—to describe its activities and host legacy stories of current and past students, teachers, members and employees published on our Heritage Honor Roll.
School organizations play a vital role in the life of students. Schools brings efficiency, guide pupil to receive right direction from the right teachers, enables the pupil to get profit from their learning, bring coordination of the student-teacher-parents-society. A library is "a collection of resources in a variety of formats that is (1) organized by information professionals or other experts who (2) provide convenient physical, digital, bibliographic, or intellectual access and (3) offer targeted services and programs (4) with the mission of educating, informing, or entertaining a variety of audiences (5) and the goal of stimulating individual learning and advancing society as a whole."
A museum is a non-profit, permanent institution in the service of society and its development, open to the public, which acquires, conserves, researches, communicates and exhibits the tangible and intangible heritage of humanity and its environment for the purposes of education, study and enjoyment. A historical society is an organization dedicated to preserving, collecting, researching, and interpreting historical information or items. Originally, these societies were created as a way to help future generations understand their heritage.
